Data that we collect
We may collect varied information if you seek to signup for our service. We collect, store and process your data for processing your purchases and any possible later claims, and to provide you with our services. We may collect your title, name, gender, email address, postal address, delivery address (if different), telephone number, mobile number, fax number, payment details, payment card details or bank account details.
We need this information in order to allow you to go ahead with placing your order for our services. We may use that data to process payment for the service and deliver the service to you. We also use that data to inform your account is ready. For some of our services, you may actually have to order certain hardware necessary for the service e.g. tablet, computer, scanner etc. In that case, we may pass your name and address on to a third party in order to make delivery of the product to you (for example to our courier or supplier).
We may also share your data with our franchisor. You further authorize the franchisor to use this information to sell products to you, directly or indirectly.
We may also use your data in order to manage the service, collect payment from you, enable you to subsequently use parts of the service, detect any fraud or service abuses, send you information relevant to the service in case we have any queries. We will process payments that you make through a secure payment gateway.
You must only submit to us or our agent or the service, information, which is accurate, and not misleading and you must keep it up to date and inform us of changes.
Your actual order details may be stored with us and you may access this information by logging into your account with us. Here you can view the details of your orders that have been completed, those which are open and those which are shortly to be dispatched and administer your address details, bank details and any newsletter to which you may have subscribed. You undertake to treat the personal access data confidentially and not make it available to unauthorized third parties. We cannot assume any liability for misuse of passwords unless this misuse is our fault.
We have implemented technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.
Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your personal information that we have collected with any other company for their marketing purposes without your consent. We reserve the right to communicate your personal information to any third party that makes a legally compliant request for its disclosure.
We have in place appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access to or accidental loss of or destruction or damage to your information. When we collect data through the service, we collect your personal details on a secure server. We use firewalls on our servers. When we collect payment card details electronically, we use encryption by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) coding. Whilst we are unable to guarantee 100% security, this makes it hard for a hacker to decrypt your details. You are strongly recommended not to send full credit or debit card details in unencrypted electronic communications with us. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of your information. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you. You are responsible for protecting against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer.
SignCatch grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license, without the right to sublicense, to electronically access and use SignCatch solely to use our services in accordance with this Agreement. This agreement also extends to any software, programs, documentation, tools, internet-based services, components, and any updates (including software maintenance, service information, help content, bug fixes or maintenance releases) thereto provided to you by SignCatch. You will be entitled to download updates to SignCatch, subject to any additional terms made known to you at that time, when SignCatch makes these updates available.
While we want you to enjoy SignCatch, you may not, nor may you permit any third party to do any of the following:
- access or monitor any material or information on any SignCatch system using any manual process or robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means unless you have separately executed a written agreement with SignCatch referencing this clause that expressly grants you an exception to this prohibition;
- copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, republish, upload, post, transmit, resell or distribute in any way material or information from SignCatch;
- permit any third party to use and benefit from SignCatch via a rental, lease, timesharing, service bureau or other arrangement;
- transfer any rights granted to you under this Agreement;
- violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on SignCatch or any SignCatch service or product, work around, bypass, or circumvent any of the technical limitations of SignCatch User, use any tool to enable features or functionalities that are otherwise disabled in SignCatch, or decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer SignCatch, except to the extent that such restriction is expressly prohibited by law;
- perform or attempt to perform any actions that would interfere with the proper working of SignCatch, prevent access to or use of SignCatch by our other users, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; or
- Otherwise use SignCatch except as expressly allowed under this section.
Credit Check and Fraud Prevention
We use standard and authorized payment services and our Credit Check and Fraud Prevention policies are aligned to these companies. Courts chosen by us would handle all disputes.
Other uses of your personal information
We may also send you other information about us, our services, our other websites, our products, sales promotions, our newsletters, SMS updates, anything relating to other companies in our group or our business partners. If you would prefer not to receive any of this additional information as detailed in this paragraph (or any part of it) please click the “unsubscribe” link in any email that we send to you or follow the unsubscription process as detailed in the SMS. Kindly note that unsubscribing from one medium does not automatically lead to unsubscription from the other. Within 7 working days (days which are neither (i) a Saturday or Sunday, nor (ii) a public holiday) of receipt of your instruction we will cease to send you information as requested. If your instruction is unclear we will contact you for clarification.
